Course Overview
This BRCGS course has been designed for food handlers and operators to enable them gain an understanding of the requirements or BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9. This training focuses on site standards and system requirements.
Target Audience
Quality managers, technical managers, supervisory staff, Food handlers and operators.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this Course, delegates will be able to:
- Describe the scope of the standard
- Understand the principles of HARA
- Understand the required evidence to demonstrate conformity to the standard (Champion the implementation of BRCGS standard in our organization)
- Conduct Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment
Course Duration
This module runs for 2 days.
Prerequisites
Working knowledge of HACCP
Course Overview
This BRCGS course has been designed to enable auditors gain knowledge and skills on how to audit a food safety system based on BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9.
- Target Audience
Internal auditors and any other person with interest in becoming an auditor (technical and quality managers).
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this Course, delegates will be able to:
- Describe the scope of the standard.
- Plan, conduct an effective internal audit and be able to report findings in accordance with ISO 19011
- Apply techniques for collecting and evaluating audit evidence and generating audit finding
Course Duration
This module runs for 3 days.
