Course Objectives

Upon completion of this Course, delegates will be able to:

• Describe the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
• Explain the High-Level Structure adopted by ISO and the overall structure of the standard
• Explain the documentation requirements for ISO 9001:2015.

• Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in the context of an audit.
• Plan, conduct an effective internal audit and be able to report findings in accordance with ISO 19011
• Apply techniques for collecting and evaluating audit evidence and generating audit finding

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and the Quality Management Principles.

ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor Course includes the following topics:

• Overview of ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Principles of QMS
• Managing the audit program
• Conducting audit activities
• Generating audit findings
• Reporting audit findings
• Follow up activities

Target Audience

Internal auditors and any other person with interest in becoming a lead auditor in QMS

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this Course, delegates will be able to:

• Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in the context of an audit.
• Apply Process approach and PDCA cycle in auditing
• Plan, conduct an effective internal audit and be able to report findings in accordance with ISO 19011
• Apply techniques for collecting and evaluating audit evidence and generating audit finding

This module runs for 5 days.

Prerequisites

Considerable knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements
